Norberto N Mahecha (Bert), who was inspired by his friend Luis Aguirre to start organizing indoor soccer leagues, is well known by his friends as "Bert" or "Beto". His family migrate to the US when he was 3 years old from Bogota, Colombia.  He has been involved in both indoor and outdoor soccer since he was 10 years old. Under his management, SS4U has hosted and organized indoor and outdoor soccer leagues in Broward county. Bert is not only a qualified athletic agent, USSF coach, trainer, and USSF referee, he is a passionate soccer fanatic, who also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Florida International University (FIU) in Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) and is in the process of obtaining his Masters Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management. He presently works for Alcatel-Lucent as the Senior Wireless Solution Architect, which is a leading company in the world of telecommunications.
